Now Hiring: Vestibular Physiotherapist – Burlington Clinic

Are you a physiotherapist with a passion for vestibular rehab? We're looking for a dedicated clinician to join our growing Burlington clinic. This is a rare opportunity to work in a thriving practice where your skills will be fully focused on helping clients with balance and vestibular disorders.

Position Details


We are currently hiring a Registered Physiotherapist for a part-time role dedicated entirely to vestibular physiotherapy. This role has the potential to grow to a full time caseload if desired.


You’ll be working with a 100% vestibular caseload, treating clients with a range of diagnoses referred from both the community and local ENT specialists.

You’ll have access to a private treatment room within a multidisciplinary clinic, as well as the use of Vestibular First Infrared Video Goggles to support high-quality assessment and treatment.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications & Credentials

  • Master's degree (or equivalent) in Physiotherapy
  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario

Clinical Experience & Competencies

  • 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
  • An introductory course in vestibular rehabilitation or higher
  • Comfortable working independently and managing a vestibular-focused caseload
  • Knowledge of and adherence to relevant legislation (Regulated Health Professions Act) and professional codes of conduct
  • Physically capable of meeting the demands of a clinical physiotherapy role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in electronic medical record keeping

Bonus Skills (Assets)

  • Experience in a private practice setting
  • Background in neurological rehab and/or concussion management
  • Additional expertise in acupuncture/dry needling, manual therapy, and TMJ treatment
  • Ability to integrate psychological approaches to care with physical therapy for patients with complex cases, high anxiety and/or fear of movement
  • Ability to interpret vestibular function testing (ie VNG reports)
